In-house HR Support

Courtney HR are able to work in house with you, at your premises providing ongoing HR support. We work alongside you, gathering an insight as to the HR challenges faced by your organisations and agree a plan of action in order to improve in key areas.
We work with many clients on an ongoing basis, handling all HR on their behalf, freeing up their time to enable them to do what they do best – run their business. This involvement can place a Courtney HR consultant on site anything from a half day a fortnight, to 2-3 full days per week. With other clients, we work on an ad-hoc basis in response to a business need, visiting as and when requested in order to take care of key HR matters such as creation of documentation for a new employee such Contracts of Employment, induction paperwork and personnel file.
