For just £149 a month* ‘Essentials Plus’ offers ongoing essential Human Resources support for small businesses. Our team of experienced and qualified HR consultants work hard to get to know your business and ensure that your HR runs smoothly.
Essentials Plus includes a review and update of your existing HR policies & documents in line with current legislation and twice yearly visits to focus on creating a strategic HR plan to drive your business forward. We also take care of making crucial changes to your HR policies & documents in line with Employment Law, bringing them to a complete level of compliance.
An analysis of your current HR position is carried out, identifying any potential areas where your organisation may be at risk, and you are advised of this position via a detailed report.
‘Essentials Plus’ also allows you to access “Call Courtney”, our initial advice helpline aimed at providing answers to a wide range of common HR questions, assisting with basic queries relating to HR matters which can often be answered over the phone.
Additionally, our Plus package provides 10 hours of HR consultancy support when needed.
You will have access to the Client Area of our website which offers detailed step by step guides, essential documentation and information on key areas of HR that small businesses struggle with, and will also enjoy a 10% discount off the cost of any other Courtney HR services.
