Courtney HRs ‘HR Safety Check’ is the basic level of 2 different reviews we offer.

Taking just 30-40 minutes, we carry out a basic review of your current HR position, to capture a snap shot picture of your current level of compliance from a HR perspective. In no time, you will have an understanding of whether your business is as risk at all, or whether you have a high level of compliance, along with an outline of what can be done to correct any issues.

We simply work through a list of effective questions with you, giving advice as we go and recording our findings. We then produce for you a basic report outlining the current position, highlighting areas where you may be at risk including key priorities for you to focus on to remove that risk.

Within this review, we discuss areas such as your Contracts of Employment, your HR policies and procedures, employment law compliance, absence management and much more.

We can either visit your premises to carry out the HR Safety Check or invite you in to our offices.
